Article 1. Copyright
It is understood and agreed that
the copyright and any otherintellectual property rights of the Software
and any related materials including, but not limited to, a user manual
provided with theSoftware,are and shall remain the property of ArgoCraft.
Article 2. Restrictions
1. You shall not reproduce, distribute,
lend or transfer the Software to any third party.
2. You shall not change, correct,
alter, modify, update, enhance, disassemble, decompile or otherwise reverse
engineer theSoftware.
Article 3. Disclaimer
ArgoCraft makes no guarantee
that the Software is error-free. In no event shall ArgoCraft be liable
for any damages of any kind including,but not limited to, loss of or damage
to data arising out of or in connection with the use or non-use of the
